25 Blood Drive is the home of the ghosts, Wendy, Booboo and Georgy. It is featured in the episode "Heat Signature," where a party is thrown for Finn and Jake, who had just completed their Vampire Orientation. However, it turns out to be a trap, set for the two. 25 Blood Drive is located in the Spooky Forest.

The home appears to be an abandoned, pre-war mill or farmhouse. The inside is largely dilapidated and is strewn with toilet paper rolls for some reason. It is resting on a hill with dead trees covering the yard. The property has a wooden fence in the front with a gap for the walkway.
