Cat

Chipmunks

They do reappear in the episode "Up a tree"
Fat Bear

The Fat Bear appears in "Storytelling." The Fat Bear also appears in Cartoon Network's game Legends of Ooo. He is big, brown, and has white eyes. His tail is short, like most bears.
In Legends of Ooo, he needs something to eat or he will get grumpy. Finn and Jake continue through the forest after finding the fat bear and see a bee hive, which they bring back to he so he can eat the honey. Then the bear will leave so he can play after eating the honey. A badge is earned by feeding him coal.
Owls

Owls are one of the animals present only at the Rite of Forest Justice. They are gray owls with long eyebrows and yellow eyes with darker yellow pupils.

Rabbits are one of the animals present only at the Rite of Forest Justice, and just prior when ambushing Finn. They look like normal white rabbits.
