Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III is an American actor and voice actor who voiced the Demon Cat in "Dungeon" and was a narrator in "Ocean of Fear" on Adventure Time. He is best known for playing The Kurgan in Highlander and voicing Lex Luthor in Superman: The Animated Series, Otto in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go, Dr. Neo Cortex in Crash Bandicoot 2, 3, and 4, and Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants.
