Ned (Dee) Bradley Baker is an American voice actor. He has done work with many shows, including Phineas and Ferb and Spongebob Squarepants. He plays Momo and Appa in Avatar: The Last Airbender. He voiced Numbuh 4 in Codename: Kids Next Door and voices all clone troopers in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He also voices most of the aliens in Ben 10: Alien Force and Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. He also voices Klaus Heissler in American Dad!. He provided the voice for Lady Rainicorn in the Animated Short, but now provides the voices for several minor and background characters for the series, including the Party God, Fight King, Cinnamon Bun, and the Bucket Knight.

Outside of television, he has done the voice of Atlas and P-body from the video game Portal 2. He also voices all the clone troopers in the video game, Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.
