Bad Haircut Wizard

Bad Haircut Wizard is a wizard who lives on the outskirts of Bloodskull Village. As his name would suggest his power comes from his terrible haircut and he can curse others to have bad haircuts. When Bloodskull Village was cursed, drafted heroes Marceline and Tree Trunks confronted him, only to learn the only person he cursed was Charlie Mayor with an eternal bad haircut. He was also infatuated with Tree Trunks due to supposed beautiful hair.
