Ice-o-pede appears in "What is Life?," where Ice King is seen riding it and orders the Ice-o-pede to attack Finn. However, after going berserk, it attacks Ice King instead. It is defeated when Neptr hits it with pies filled with boysenberries and poison, causing it to crash into a wall where it dies, as he and Finn escape on the Balloons.
Finn and Jake face a swarm of these defending the Ice King's castle in Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why'd you steal our garbage?!! They cannot be defeated by either Scarlet the Golden Sword or the Flame Princess' Glowing Sword, forcing Finn and Jake to hide from them.
Appearance[]
Ice-o-pede resembles a centipede made out of ice and has four laser guns attached to its sides. It has a total of nine segments, including the head, and a pair of legs in each segment except for the one adjacent to the head, which has two pairs, and the head itself, which has none, making a total of 18 legs. It also has two large mandibles, which can possibly crush a human skull, and two rings, one in both sides of the head, to attach the reins so it can be mounted.

- During the scene where Ice-o-pede is shot with poison pies by Neptr, he makes a roar sounding like an elephant.
