The Flower Girl Penguin first appears in the episode, "When Wedding Bells Thaw." She was with the Ice King during his wedding and she lifts the veil of Old Lady Princess. She and Gunter appear as the two penguins in the ice penguins Cut Out. She makes a cameo appearance in "Five Short Graybles," where she can be seen lying on the ground.

She looks like most penguins, only she's smaller, her beak is shorter, and she wears yellow flowers on each side of her head.

- She is one of the very few penguins specifically implied to be a girl, presuming that she sticks to traditional gender roles.
- In "Five Short Graybles," her beak is longer and blends with the other penguins, excluding the flowers.
