Freak City is one of the settings in which the episode "Freak City" takes place in. It is a small area under a bridge near the town the Rump People reside in. It was a temporary home to all the freaks.
Freak City does not contain much of interest other than a communal fire fueled by Gork's vomit, a lot of trash, an abundance of rats, and an unknown source of orange juice.
