Jake's sword first appears in "Tree Trunks;" Jake was leaning on it when Tree Trunks called them in for pie.
It was seen again in "Conquest of Cuteness" when two of the Cuties were seen carrying it and then dropped it when the lights were turned on.
The sword has an unusual appearance, the hilt being longer than the actual blade. It has a skull for a pommel, as well as an eye on the guard. Half of the blade is serrated on one edge. Jake most likely is not proficient with this sword, as he is seldom shown using it. Additionally, Finn easily dispatched him in a sword fight aboard the Mystery Train.

- The sword has an eye on it, similar to the one on Billy's gauntlet.
- Because of the length of the hilt, the weapon resembles a Japanese nagamaki more than a traditional sword.
