Mark Justin Roiland (born February 21, 1980) is an American actor and producer. He is best known as the voice of Oscar on the Disney Channel's animated television show Fish Hooks. He is also the voice of Blendin Blandin in the hit Disney Channel animated series, Gravity Falls. Alongside Dan Harmon, he created Rick and Morty for Adult Swim, in which he also voices both title characters. He also hosts a podcast along with Jackie Buscarino and Ryan Ridley called The Grandma's Virginity, and acts in, writes, directs, and produces humorous live action and animated shorts, most notably for Channel 101 and Acceptable TV. Justin Roiland is the co-creator of an animated television show on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim called Rick and Morty. Justin also voiced the Earl of Lemongrab in the series Adventure Time in the episodes "Too Young" and "You Made Me," and he also voiced the Lemongrab 2 in the latter. In "Too Old," in addition to voicing the Earls of Lemongrab, he voiced Lemonhope, Lemonjon, and the other Lemon People.

While in an interview, Justin talked about his initial auditioning process. He says that, "It's funny, because I didn’t audition, so when I came to the record we had to find the character's voice. I feel like I jumped right into this screamy thing and Pen laughed and just said, “That’s it”, and we went with it. That record was wild."

As of 2013, he is engaged to his girlfriend, Abbie.
