Keith David Williams (born June 4, 1956), better known as Keith David, is an American film, television and voice actor, and singer. David is well known for his voice-over career, having voiced Goliath on the Disney series Gargoyles, The Arbiter in the Halo video game series, David Anderson in Mass Effect series, Chaos in Dissidia Final Fantasy, the cat in the film adaption of Coraline, and Dr. Facilier in the 2009 Disney movie, The Princess and the Frog. He currently voices Flame King in Adventure Time.
