I'm not sure why it was reverted. I don't remember hearing MOM's voice in that episode either, and the edit could have just been tweaked at the very least. Giaria think fast 03:35, November 28, 2014 (UTC)
Do you think that a month ban is a little too much for a race joke? I think you've got a personal vendetta against me because I wasn't being politically correct.
I really didn't take you for the disgruntled SJW type, I thought you were the innocent nice type that was reasonable. Just shows how much you think you know a person and they do something outta their character, I'm hoping you were just in a bad mood.
But look at the time span between those two bans. Are you telling me that each ban will add up collectively no matter how long it's been?
It's like you guys are just thinking up rules as you go along and add them to the list of rules. I'm pretty sure popular users don't have to deal with this crap. But you now what? I'd say describe more faults in this backwards rule you guys have, but I'm sure you'll some how tried to get me banned for taking a stand for a unjustified ban that was made from sheer blind emotional action.
Oh it's no problem BFP! I was hoping the ban would be a little bit more discussed before the ban length change, but it was sort of changed right on the spot not even 4 minutes after the ban was announced.
There's a lot that goes into determining the length that just doesn't add up to me and I'd be more than willing to discuss it with the other mods if they disagree.
BFP hasn't been banned since 2 months
The cause of this ban is different from the cause of the last ban before it
Knowing this, shouldn't the ban be based off of her actions that caused it instead of increasing the ban time based off of order of severity? Don't get me wrong, BFP still did something bad and deserves a ban, but it does not make sense to increase the time of the ban from the last one since the reasons are not the same.
Let me add something else to the picture. A user who violated the ToU by releasing personal information about another user was banned. For a month. Which is the same amount of time BFP is serving for her first offense of racism. Let me add something else to that picture as well. That user has been banned countless times. WAY more than BFP has. I can list another example a former crat of this wiki came into chat once and started swearing at everyone. Yeah, the swearing was directed torwards everyone in the chat but they didn't get banned.
Does one whole month sound reasonable?
Also here is a picture of my cousin's cat as an appology for the text wall.
I hope you guys don't take me for a racist, I just said racist jokes to go along with Lego's "it's because I'm asian" joke. I know it doesn't justify what I've done, I just wanted you guys to know I have no hatred towards any race, I just like dark jokes and I was thinking lego was expecting me to make one to complete his joke, either he didn't understand what I was doing or he was deliberatelly setting me up to get punished.
This whole thing is rather troublesome. If 1 week is too little and 1 month is to much I suggest you just use the math though it seems even more troublesome just do like 1 week and then after that week is over you add 3 days/1 week I'm sorry but this is so annoying. =__= And this is just if atg/flambo agree to do so. As for you BFP, I've not a lot to say to you rather then I feel that next time you think something can get you banned, you don't do it, or bother checking the rules first. That's all. Good day/noon/night to the lot of you.
I personally think humor is subjective, while I don't think you should spout off possibly-offensive jokes every five seconds, and as long as it didn't have harmful intent and was for laughs, then I really don't see the problem.
I can still see someone seeing the wrong end however.
Thing is, I'm banning not only from what she did to Lego, but for past offenses I noticed for the same reason: racist comments.
I apologize if it seems too long, but BFP, you need to get some soap and wash your mouth. And one month is a good enough time for you to think about how you can change. It's only fair. Sorry, but it stays as is. If any admin objects, I'm free to argue why I made a month ban.

This is her first offense for racism, according to her ban log, so I'm not exactly sure where you are getting "past offenses for the same reason" from.
Also, If I may ask, why will the ban be changed only if an ADMIN convinces you otherwise? The topic has to deal with a regular user, which both mods and admins have the ability to kick/ban. If a mod was being banned it would be a different story but admins and mods hold the same amount of power in the chat room except for the fact that admins have the ability to kick/ban mods as well as users. A mod's decision is just as important as an admin's lol...
Giaria wrote: I don't remember the ban times offhand, but two weeks seems just for this. One month is too long for this, even though she's committed offenses before. Giaria think fast 18:48, November 21, 2014 (UTC)
She's never made racist remarks though. The other bans were for general rudeness, and other things. Your argument that she's "done this before" doesn't make any sense. Giaria think fast 15:25, November 22, 2014 (UTC)
I also agree with Beemo. Mods should have an input on this as well. Admins and 'crats aren't the only important people here, everyone is. Sure, some people may be more important than others, but we should at least get a say on what happens. Giaria think fast 15:26, November 22, 2014 (UTC)
Yeah I agree with Perry. People are people. Some people have more things that they have control over, but that does not mean that they are the only ones who can do it. This is why we have user-voted promotions as well.
Also, ATG, you shouldn't extend a ban without consulting someone first. I'm not trying to be rude, but it's true. This is a kind of thing that people need to agree on, and not be decided on a whim. Giaria think fast 15:56, November 22, 2014 (UTC)
I respect you a lot Beemo, you helped me out here. But this fiasco shouldn't have even happened here in the first place, I know I said a racist comment, but I would took the week or two ban without any question, one month just indicates a personal vendetta which just shows how unprofessional ATG went about this, and it's hard to be thankful to someone for extending my already established ban because of some grudge they have against me.
If there's anyone to be thanking it's both you beemo and giaria, including the rest who saw the wrongs of this ban, you guys really defended my chat rights and as far as I'm concerned, you both lifted two weeks off my ban, I appreciate it, I won't forget this act of kindness.
BFP, you should be especially grateful that your ban was lowered. People take this kind of thing really seriously on the Internet. Things you might say or do in real life may not be accepted on the Internet, and vice versa. Just be careful next time, OK? I know I wasn't there for the thing, but I've been on the Internet long enough, and here long enough to have my head about myself when making decisions. Hello Alex! In order for a wiki to show up under "Favorite Wikis" you will need to set it up if you have contributed to other wikis. I have prepared for you a tutorial on how to do this below:
The first thing you will need to do is to go to your profile and hover your mouse over your profile section. A small "edit" sign should appear on the right.
Click on it and a box should show up, allowing you to customize your profile. When you scroll down there should be a box labeled "Wikis you've contributed to". That later shows up as "Favorite Wikis" when you save.
The first think you want to do is to make sure the "Hide all" box is left unchecked. If you have contributed to at least 4 wikis prior, there should be four wikis already listed. In order to change the wikis that are listed, simply click the trash can icon to remove it from your list and another should show up! Keep clicking the trash cans until the wiki that you want shows up.
Lastly, save. Now you're done! I hope this helped and feel free to ask any more questions you have regarding customization and I will do my best to help you c:
You may have to make a certain amount of edits before you can do that. There are wikis that I've made only one or two contributions to, and they don't show up.Giaria think fast 22:06, November 20, 2014 (UTC)
I have 1 contribution on Adventure Time Answers Wiki, Fanpro Wiki, Kick of Justice Wiki, Rocket Monkeys Wiki, Flame Prince Finn Wiki, Studio Ghibli Wiki, Video Network Comics Wiki, and more so it works for 1 edit ://///
I took it to signify the Lich's spirit has left its host, hence the distant, echo-y sound. It also sounds like it could be a death rattle. Either way, I think saying that it hints at anything in particular is speculative.
