Snow Men were creatures the Ice King brought to life in the episode "Holly Jolly Secrets Part II." The Ice King made them so would he would be able to invade the Tree Fort after getting angry at Finn, Jake, and BMO for watching his secret tapes. The Ice King named one of them "Red Nose" when it was looking for Finn and Jake through a fruit bowl and got an apple stuck on the middle of his face, which is referencing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. When the apple fell off it's nose, the Ice King lost interest in it and tried the apple himself by poking his nose through it. When they find Finn and Jake, the Ice King says "Attack, Snow Goons" instead of "Attack, Snow Men!"They also open up Finn and Jake's fridge and look at the ice cubes as if they are new fathers in the maternity ward.

Ice King also made three Snow Men dance with Guntelina in "Princess Potluck" to make the princesses' jealous of their "party".

The Snow Men make a cameo during the end credits of the DS and 3DS game: Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!!.

They look like normal snow men, but with out anything for a nose. All of them had 3 snowballs as their body, like most snow men. They move around by making small leaps or scooting, since they don't have any legs. The Snow Men don't have fingers.
