Soy people is a food that rainicorns eat instead of real human flesh, introduced in the episode "Her Parents." Ethel explains that because all humans are thought to be extinct, they have never tasted real human flesh, but soy people is supposed to taste exactly the same and is apparently delicious. Finn reluctantly ate some of it, and apparently had an unusual like for it.
